Experimenting with InDesign: Juri Zaech

These are some initial documents using InDesign as I adjust to the software. I decided to present 5 graphic designers who I found interesting and present in a way which echoed their work. The task has helped me understand the basic tools of InDesign which will be the foundation for future, more advanced projects.
JURI ZAECH:

I chose to include the work of Swiss Art Director Juri Zaech as I love all his typography work especially his 'Bend' collection. However for this document I wanted to focus on his 'Write a Bike'.  His work seems to be simplistic but has a creative and original quality that makes it so enjoyable to look at. I would like to research more into his work as my project progresses.

For this document I decided to keep the background simple to focus on the typography in each piece, this in turn highlights the colour of eat bike in the piece. For the background I placed a generic alphabet typography  which fitted well with the 'Write a Bike' pieces and keep the tone and composition of the document in the style of Juri Zaech.
